Interstate 94 in
Michigan, Mile Marker
MI 186 entering Washtenaw County West of Romulus MI.
Jim says; "Sitin
in the middle, facing West bound
traffic". Since this Bear is probably assigned to Washtenaw County,
he is probably not watching Eastbound traffic; he doesn't want to go to the
Wayne Court House unless he has a really good case.
Construction zones have
workers at risk and commonly have reduced speed limits. The construction
zone is usually only for a short distance so slow down. The Bear Trap
Guide supports reduced speed limits in construction zones. These speed
traps are to protect workers and not generate money.
There are 7 specific "Situations" where you can find bears because
they are creatures of habit.
