Interstate 94 in
Indiana, Mile Marker
IN 18 near Burns Harbor.
Jim says; "Sitting
in the dark looking at eastbound traffic. Between
18-19mm." This Bear is probably assigned to Porter
County and in under a different jurisdiction than the Bear at MM15. This
Bear will probably not go much farther West unless you give him a good reason.
Bears like to stay within the County they are assigned because it makes things
easier going Court.
Construction zones have
workers at risk and commonly have reduced speed limits. The construction
zone is usually only for a short distance so slow down. The Bear Trap
Guide supports reduced speed limits in construction zones. These speed
traps are to protect workers and not generate money.
There are 7 specific "Situations" where you can find bears because
they are creatures of habit.
