Interstate 78 in New Jersey,  Mile Marker NJ 11 between West Portal and Pattenburg NJ.

John reports "When traveling east bound.  The bear will sit on the Exit 11 entrance ramp.  He is covered by bushes and the overpass.  So you can not see him until it is to late.  Between exits 11 and 12 is the State Police Barracks for the area."
