IL 113 near Goodfield, IL.
Joe reports: "On
74 WEST , Smokey will sit in Pickle Park and shoot you in the A$$ going down
the hill past the park. Detector WON"T pick him up."
It sounds like this bear is using Laser rather than Radar. To use laser,
the Bear must be stopped and the detector may not pick it up.
