Interstate 78 in
New Jersey, Exits 36 & 40 near
Warren NJ.
This driver reports: "both
directions cops love to hide next to the exit sign on the ramp of the carpool
entrance exit ramp 317th St. near the 320th St. exit you will almost always
see a crapper sitting there looking for speeders I've been pulled over for 74
in a 60 there so I know... besides I live in the apt next to it I see them
there all the time"
