This driver reports: "If your travels take you through Cumby TX. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!  The speed trap is operated by the Cumby P.D.  They usually come on duty around lunch and works through the early morning hours.  There are usually 2 at a time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!  P.S. The main reason for the trap is not to deter speeders, it is a way to get you stopped so they can act like the Gestapo and check everyones "papers" and search your vehicle.  The 4th amendment has NO meaning here."  Bears are creatures of habit.
