This Driver reports: "Starting at mile marker 208 Construction signs are posted.
There will be no construction going on. Once night time falls, local policeman gang up on I-26, remove Plastic Bag covering a 45 mph sign. They will clock you in the 60 mph zone and follow you to the 45. At that point you are blue lighted and Ticketed. This occurs 2 to 3 times a week. Expect at least a $500.00 fine. You must look very closely for the police as they will sit with no lights on. Tickets are written for Speeding in a construction zone although no construction workers, lights or anything will be present just pitch black darkness and policeman that cannot be seen until you are on them."  Bears are creatures of habit.
