Bear sits on the exit ramp behind a turn where you come over the hill and cant
see him he got me going 79 in a 70"

near the State line as part of a drug interdiction program. Any drugs
entering the State usually enter on the Interstate Highway and Bear is looking
for a stereotype that suggests drug trafficking. Speeding U hauls are
common targets near State lines.
