Interstate 15 in California, Mile Marker
SBD 81 at the Ghost Town Road exit.
Patrick reports the CHP like to hang out on the
north side of the hwy at the Jenny Rose Cafe in the daytime.
Also on the
Northbound side, Patrick also reports the CHP like a spot 500
yards south of the Ghost Town Road exit where they watch the Las Vegas bound
traffic.
